Solubility: Soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol.Typical properties Amine Value (mgKOH/g) 137±3 Volatile (%) ≤2.0 Application HBS-505 is an effective internal antistatic additive that can be used in various polymers such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) plastic film, plastic container and other plastic products. While HBS-505 mixed with HBS-208P by 1:2 ration used in injection product, it can effect as lubricating ejection and good antistatic effects. Also it can reduce the surface resistance to 108Ω. The recommended input ratio: Polyolefin film 0.05%-0.2% Polyolefin injection 0.2%-0.8% HBS-505 can not be used in PVC product. International Countertype: ARMER® 163.
